Job summary

At all times to maintain effective communication and liaison with the Crown Care Group home manager, deputy manager, registered nurse and senior carer to ensure the smooth, safe, effective, responsive and caring operation of the residential care unit. · To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of the Crown Care Group. · To take responsibility as the prime carer to provide for one or a defined group of service users, continually assessing, developing and evaluating programmes of care. · To provide a high standard of individualised social care, allowing the service users’ quality of life to be maximised in a caring, supportive, friendly, safe and high-quality environment. · In conjunction with the wider care team to adhere to the residential care unit’s philosophies and goals and statement of purpose. · To assist with improving, developing and maintaining the business objectives of the residential care unit.
