Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and professional team at our Nursing and Residential Care Home in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents while ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines

• Develop, implement, and review individual care plans

• Monitor residents’ physical and mental health and respond appropriately

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

• Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and external professionals

• Ensure safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety standards are met

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

• Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting preferred

• Strong clinical skills and a caring, empathetic approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
