Care Assistant, Day Shifts

Location: Clarendon House
Hours: Day shifts, including weekends on a rota basis
Contract: Full-time / 33 hours - 44 hours

We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our day team in a friendly, supportive, luxury care environment. This is an opportunity to work in a beautiful setting where residents are truly at the heart of everything we do and staff are valued and supported.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines, personal care, and wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and at home. You will work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering high standards of care with warmth and compassion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and comfort

  • Assisting with meals, drinks, and daily activities

  • Offering companionship and emotional reassurance

  • Encouraging independence and choice wherever possible

  • Keeping clear and accurate daily records

  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a calm, well-organised day

About You

  • Naturally kind, patient, and respectful

  • A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team

  • Reliable and committed to high standards of care

  • Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, full training provided

Skills / Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication skills
