Care Assistant, Day Shifts
Location: Clarendon House
Hours: Day shifts, including weekends on a rota basis
Contract: Full-time / 33 hours - 44 hours
We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our day team in a friendly, supportive, luxury care environment. This is an opportunity to work in a beautiful setting where residents are truly at the heart of everything we do and staff are valued and supported.
The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines, personal care, and wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and at home. You will work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering high standards of care with warmth and compassion.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and comfort

Assisting with meals, drinks, and daily activities

Offering companionship and emotional reassurance

Encouraging independence and choice wherever possible

Keeping clear and accurate daily records

Working closely with colleagues to maintain a calm, well-organised day

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, full training provided

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication skills
