The ideal candidate will;

• Have the ability to build thriving dynamic staff teams in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Be able to multi-task, liaise with professionals and drive forward activity on site.
• Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions daily.
• Will want to take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.

The successful candidate will;

• Have previous experience of working in a similar role, or a genuine interest in acquiring high quality care skills
• Have experience of administering medications.
• Have a proven stable employment record and references
• Enhanced DBS will be required
