About the role

As our Weekend Receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home ensuring that they have a warm welcome.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area.  You’ll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident’s dignity at all times. 

Here’s some other important things you need to know:

  • You’ll conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received
  • You’ll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies.
