 Role Overview:

The Head Housekeeper is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping environment. This includes managing a team, ensuring quality and safety standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and inspire the housekeeping team to meet high service standards. . Ensure team members are trained, productive, and supported through coaching and mentoring. Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Promote professionalism, reliability, and a positive team culture. Weekly/Monthly audits.
