Job summary

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? Do you thrive in environments where high-quality, person-centred care and strong team culture go hand in hand? If so, we’d love to welcome you as our next Unit Lead.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior clinical leadership role where your expertise, empathy, and drive will truly shape the lives of residents and the teams who support them.

About You

You’re a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, bringing solid post-registration experience—ideally within a care home or similar setting. You’re confident in your clinical judgement, comfortable making decisions, and skilled at assessing, planning, and delivering outstanding care.

You’ve already taken steps into leadership or supervision and now you’re ready to build on that experience—mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and setting high clinical standards. Your communication skills are excellent, your organisation is second nature, and you know how to balance multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure

What really sets you apart is who you are.

You lead with compassion and always put residents at the heart of every decision. You’re a confident, supportive leader who inspires trust, motivates teams, and brings people together. When challenges arise, you stay solutions-focused, resilient, and proactive—seeing opportunities where others see obstacles.

You’re committed to continuous improvement, eager to develop yourself and those around you, and proud to deliver care that makes a genuine difference every single day

The role may include some weekend and on-call responsibilities, offering variety and the chance to lead when it matters most. You’ll be supported by clear policies, strong governance, and a culture that values safety, respect, and teamwork—including strict adherence to universal precautions and best practice standards

Why Join Us?

Because here, leadership is about more than management—it’s about making people feel valued, supported, and empowered. If you’re ready to take pride in your work, grow your career, and lead with heart, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
