Job summary

Head of Care - Blenheim Court, Liss - £17.00 per hour

• 60 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home 
• Full time; 36hrs per week 
• 12hr Shifts

Job introduction
Responsibilities

• Oversee care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• To assess prospective residents prior to admission to the home and advise on the suitability for admission ensuring needs can be met.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within a Senior Care leadership or Care Management role.
• Promotes a positive, inclusive, and supportive care culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
