My mother has stayed twice now for respite care. The staff and residents have made her very welcome. It provides a very safe and comfortable environment with plenty of activities and oportunities to interact with people.
It is a very comfortable and well laid out building, with beautiful gardens for
everyone to enjoy. The care is excellent and has allowed us to relax knowing Mum is safe and well looked after.

The Manor is a very well run home with very caring staff who really understand a duty of care.
My father has settled in well and is being well looked after.
The food is good and freshly cooked, and the best evidence is that dad is putting on weight.

We have a concern that prices go up above inflation & we are over a barrel in that we can't move our loved one & so have to find the extra money.

Mum has been a resident at Parris Lawn for 5 months. Although she is 95 and has poor eyesight, she is a very independent lady. It took her some time to settle, but she is now settled in at the home and enjoying the summer weather there. The staff are very good, kind and caring, which Mum notices and
comments on. They are also patient and responsive to Mum's requests - be that for care, tea, food heating or whatever, the response is always the same - patient, kind and helpful.
The facilities are very good. The building is under 10 years old and is well maintained, and the communal lounge and garden areas provide welcome alternative space to resident rooms. Mum is a keen user of both.

I walked into Brooklyn House for the first time in late May with my dear mother when the home had already assessed and accepted as a resident.
What immediately struck me was the pleasant homely environment and the friendly welcoming staff.
We were all made to feel welcome and I was impressed with
the overall management of the home. Staff setled my mother into her room and pretty quickly a nurse carried out some essential checks with blood pressure and existing medication. Although my mothers stay was shorter than the family anticipated, I have nothing but praise for the staff and particularly the dignity and humility evident whenever I visited. Thankyou.

My mum has been at Horsell Lodge receiving respite care for a few weeks now, and I would like to feed back to say how happy we are with the home and care. Mum's room is very clean and comfortable and the staff so warm and welcoming. They seem to really care about the residents, about their jobs and
to have a lovely working relationship with each other. The registered nurses who have been caring for my mum's health needs are incredible- very thorough, skilled and approachable. Thank you everyone at Horsell Lodge!

We have cared for my wife's grandmother for 6 years, knowing she wanted to remain at home whilst requiring more and more care and had been a struggle and a pressure for some time. Not only is Brook brighter, happier and healthier since joining you, but my wife is also! Knowing yoy are taking such good
care of her is a huge relief to us, and being able to visit every day, at any time has made the transition easy for us all. We greatly appreciate all the staff, excellence and care you provide, thank you.

Your kindness, care and efficiency have been a blessing to our family. I feel a huge burden has been lifted from me. Knowing Nan is so beautifully and thoroughly cared for gives me such peace, and it's been incredible to watch her blossom under your care since her transition from home to Horsell Lodge.
Nan was adamant she would never want to be in a nursing home, yet on day, she did not stop smiling, and she's been happily settled here since. Thank you for all your love, dedication and effort, it's truly exceptional!

Moving a close relative into care is a highly stressful, guilt ridden experience.
Having researched five local residential homes we chose Blenheim Court due to the staff who are without exception, kind, compassionate and dilligent. They went out of their way to make my father in law feel welcome,
comfortable and happy.
The purpose built home is bright, cheerful and most importantly safe and secure.
My wife and I are able to relax a little knowing that he is well fed, looked after and has company around if he wants to join in the social activities.

My dad entered the home 4 weeks ago, his room is very good. I must say, the staff and management are very approachable and very welcoming. The care he is receiving is good and with a smile. Overall I am most pleased.

I spent from 3 June 2026- 10 June 2026 at Sandford House Nursing Home and have nothing but the highest praise for all staff; for their professionalism, expertise and kindness in taking care of me during my stay there. The staff are impressive and "go the extra mile" in their dedication. I could ask
no more of them. I thank each of them from the bottom of my heart.

The care home looked after my mum during a period of convalescence, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every member of staff we met were friendly, compassionate and genuinely committed to her comfort. Knowing that her medication was handled with such professionalism meant we had no
worries at all while she was there. We are extremely thankful for the support and care she received.

My mother spent the last 6 mths of her life in The Orchard. There was a welcoming and relaxed but professional atmosphere which helped the residents and their families feel at home. The Orchard is well led by their manager and his senior staff who were always available and helpful. Mums views were valued
and changes made when possible. All the staff were kind and supportive, with a can do attitude and positive approach. Mum was treated with dignity and respect by everyone, the care staff were attentive and responsive to her changing needs. As a family we were attentive and responsive to her changing needs. As a family we were always made to feel welcome, there was excellent communication with G.P services. Her end of life was dealt with in a sensitive and appropriate way.

My father was only with you for 9 days leading up to his passing.
From the moment he arrived everyone was friendly, helpful and caring.
He was treated with respect, kindness and understanding.
After his death the tea and cake was especially welcome.
I felt we were lucky his last few days were in
