Our Mother received excellent care at Benson House and the staff are wonderful. It is in a lovely location and the facilities are excellent. Always activities going on and the garden is lovely. The rooms, lounges and dining rooms are excellent and the food is restaurant quality.

Jim was in for two and a half weeks on palliative care. He was made very welcome by everyone. He enjoyed being in the lounge. In his last few days the nursing team kept him pain-free, comfortable, and he passed away peacefully. Thank you.

Benson House is a very special place where my Dad stayed for palliative care. I couldn't commend the place and the staff highly enough frankly, they made a genuine fuss of my Dad and my Mum and I were both massively impressed and felt blessed that he got to spend his last days there.

Thanks to all for treating my Dad with the dignity and respect he so deserved, and I have to say that every stakeholder I engaged with, every single one of them all went the extra mile that so made the residents feel valued during a very hard time for residents and their families.

Selected a care home for one's loved is the hardest thing you will have to do. When I walked into Benson Care Home I was immediately made to feel welcome by everyone, staff and residents alike. We were immediately made to feel involved in everything that was going on. I also really like the way staff are respectful of your own space and your time together. The food is excellent, interesting menus choices, and tempting for those who are not feeling as hungry on any given day. All the facilities are always kept immaculately.
The activities on a daily basis are good and cater to different needs.

We are really happy with the care and support our mum receives. The staff are really welcoming, nurturing and it feels like they genuinely care - It's so lovely to see our mum looking so well and we really appreciate everything they do. The staff all work extremely hard and it's wonderful to see our Mum being encouraged to take part in some of the daily activities that they put on. A special mention for the Cultural Day - an amazing event that the staff arranged including all our families and there's.

My Mothers health deteriorated to such a degree she went to Hospital at a dangerously low weight, she missed my Father so much. Blenheim Court stepped in before she was discharged from hospital and gave her a place so she could see and be with Dad again, I can't describe the feeling seeing them together, after so long apart. Blenheim Court have not only been amazing, every single member of staff, they have given me my parents back, they laugh now, have Fish & Chips on the seafront, enjoy a BBQ. They have beautiful surroundings, the opportunity to socialize and enjoy numerous activities together. Thank You Blenheim Court!!!!!

My 93 year old mother spent several weeks in respite care after a knee replacement operation. She was treated with care and great courtesy throughout and was provided with all the facilities needed to help her regain her independence after the operation.
I found the management, particularly Dumitru and Natalie, to be most helpful and efficient, and always willing to accommodate my mother's needs of the moment.
The home itself is clean, bright and friendly with pleasant outdoor spaces and a changing weekly rota of activities. My mother found there could have been more variety of meals available, but on the whole she was very well catered for.
I would unhesitatingly recommend the Orchard for respite care, especially if there were more variety of meals, and I would definitely consider it for permanent care if my mother eventually finds her independent life too difficult.

I was admitted today, so far service is terrible good to be back in Edinburgh but service is terrible pushed call button over hour ago still waiting. At least the other care home would check on you and come back if busy Manor you wait still waiting.
