I was treated well and staff were very caring, and willing to help although there was a bit of inconsistency in who provided my care, and sometimes my shower was later than I wished. However, I understand that staff were busy with other residents. I enjoyed the facilities and the exercise classes. Food was a little disappointing on occasion (I am vegetarian). Many thanks!

I have enjoyed my recent visits. My friend's room is on the upper floor. This is a very calm and peaceful area as most of the residents are reasonably able and can look after themselves to a fair extent. No doubt because of this, staff can be a bit few and far between if you need...

The Manor Home takes great care of my father who always has a smile on his face when I come to visit. The home is always very welcoming especially the reception team and the carers who do a great job. I know my dad is in a safe and secure environment.

My elderly mother arrived after a sudden hospital admission. All staff united to welcome, settle and respect her as a person, a resident and community member. Adjusting to new routines, environments and faces is hugely demanding for those living with dementia but at The Manor we received best-in-class transition advice and service. Each member of team from management to housekeeping knew mum, her preferences and circumstances from day 1. We have all been welcomed and embedded in life there.

I cannot praise highly enough, the attention my wife was given, in her three week stay with you, by all the staff. The building and facilities are 1st class, couldn't have wished for better! And would have no hesitation in using the care home again. I had to use 'The Manor', as I needed to have major surgery, which I seemed to have pulled through alright, and am now back to caring for my wife again thankfully. My mother has been a resident in the care home for approximately three and a half years. The standard of care and attention for my mother throughout her time in the home has always been very high. The staff are very friendly, warm and caring and I know my mother is being well looked after. She has a really nice room with a good view. Any issues that have occurred have always been dealt with in good time and the staff keep me informed of any concerns that arise. I can comfortably say that I am extremely grateful for the care and attention provided and would have no hesitation in recommending the care home to others.
