Broadbridge Park is located in Broadbridge Heath, providing quality residential, nursing and dementia care for 71 residents on a permanent and short stay basis.

Luxuriously furnished with a cosy feel with various lounges which are perfect for socialising, to a cinema room, bistro area and hairdressing salon, there’s plenty to keep residents engaged. With landscaped gardens and wind-proof glazed balconies providing outdoor seating all year round.

Safety and comfort are a foremost concern, so all rooms are fitted with a nurse call system and acoustic monitoring for residents' peace of mind. As well as improving quality of sleep, acoustic monitoring can help to reduce the risk of falls. For those living with memory loss or dementia, design features include dementia-friendly elements such as interior decoration, light levels, floor coverings and signage which help to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing, while enabling people living with dementia to find their way around independently and safely.

Wonderful afternoon experience. Themed and very well organised, Great entertainment, staff in fancy dress, Food laid on including delicious cakes coffee and other drinks freely available and a very good Raffle. A lot of work went into it. Congratulations to all the staff involved.

Yet another amazing event for residents + their families. Themed tea party.
Thank you to a member of staff and team for creating decorations expertly hung + organised to show case some of the residents own handy work.
All the staff got into the party spirit and made this an event to remember. The
entertainment was brilliant and the party continued on the second floor as the revellers returned upstairs. Thank you.

It is already an emotional and stressful event, moving your family member to a care home. There is hope, peppered with sadness and guilt.
However, everyone at Broadbridge Park made the transition as smooth and easy as it could have been.

The family descended to the care home to visit mum for Mother's day. Wow the tea did not disappoint beautifully arranged on china a very elegant presentation ,we all thought we had arrived at the Ritz/Savoy very special indeed as was the service from the very friendly staff. Will definitely do next

We have had the most wonderful family lunch, 7 of us in the private dining room. The room was beautifully prepared, we ere very well looked after! Had a delicious 3 course lunch with wine, followed by coffees and mints.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Mum was admitted as an emergency placement and resides in the specialist dementia area of Broadbridge Park. As a result our initial understanding of the care routines was stop/start while we got Mum settled. The staff have taken time to know and settle Mum into her environment but also have been kind
and compassionate toward the family members who are navigating this for the first time. Laundry has been confusing, though I feel we ar aligned now. Mum;s character has not changed, even with Alzheimer's this means she is invariably isolated most days but the team help her.

A wonderful experience. The food was excellent as was the service. They took perfect care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and our private room was made to accommodate birthday celebrations. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone thinking of celebrating any occasion

I recently attended an event. A man sang, played guitar and entertained the residents. He was excellent. The thing that really stood out was the way the staff interacted with the residents. Nursing staff, admin staff, hospitality, care staff, all make the experience as good as it possibly can be for
everyone. They genuinely care about those in their care. It's very impressive. I was moved by the experience.

I really enjoyed the music, the band was terrific and the food was very good. The building is great and so clean. It was lovely to spend the time visiting my sister, in such lovely surroundings. The staff worked so hard to make it memorable for everyone.

We attended the summer fair on the 12th July. It was very well attended by both residents, staff and relatives. There was lots to do and participate in, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

What a special event the summer party was. So nice for the residents and relatives to be together in such a fun way. There was a lot of thought put into this and the mix of entertainment was great - loved the decorations, the singer and the stilt walker. The restaurant team did such a great job too
with the BBQ. Thank you for all the hard work that went into this.

On Mother's Day 10th March 2024, my mother's room was decorated by the staff. We had preordered Mother's Day tea for three, and it was a wonderful experience, like being at The Ritz Hotel (we have been there!), with cucumber sandwiches, scones with cream and strawberry jam, cakes, chocolates and a bottle
of sparkling wine. So many congratulations to the staff!

David Taylor

Job Title: Home Manager

I am proud to have been appointed as Manager at Broadbridge Park and to be working with Caring Homes. I hold qualifications in Adult and Children’s Nursing and in my younger days I served in the Royal Air Force. I trained as a nurse in Norwich and my NHS career was in Accident and Emergency Nursing. I worked in the Saudi Arabia Commission and Emergency Room prior to beginning my Care Home Management Career 16 years ago.


More recently I was managing a care home in Jersey, Channel Islands, for Caring Homes before being appointed at Broadbridge Park. My hobbies centre around training Newfoundland dogs in water work and draught (carting) work trails. You may see one of my Newfoundland’s at the home during the week!
