Broadbridge Park is located in Broadbridge Heath, providing quality residential, nursing and dementia care for 71 residents on a permanent and short stay basis.

Luxuriously furnished with a cosy feel with various lounges which are perfect for socialising, to a cinema room, bistro area and hairdressing salon, there’s plenty to keep residents engaged. With landscaped gardens and wind-proof glazed balconies providing outdoor seating all year round.

Safety and comfort are a foremost concern, so all rooms are fitted with a nurse call system and acoustic monitoring for residents' peace of mind. As well as improving quality of sleep, acoustic monitoring can help to reduce the risk of falls. For those living with memory loss or dementia, design features include dementia-friendly elements such as interior decoration, light levels, floor coverings and signage which help to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing, while enabling people living with dementia to find their way around independently and safely.

Mother's Day celebration! Home from home. Have had a superb afternoon tea with Mum. Food was excellent and very tasty. The colleagues on duty were really helpful and friendly. Hope this can be repeated at Easter.

I visited a resident for the first time on 12/01/2024 and I was completely blown away by the genuine feel, compassion, care and support of my whole visit. The facilities, standard of cleanliness and food are like a first-class hotel and the exceptional staff create the atmosphere of a loving home. Although not the easiest to care for, all the staff treat him with patience, care, consideration and respect. They also welcome us, keep us informed and happy

I am very pleased with the care my father receives, particularly the friendly staff and his room which looks out on the garden and wood beyond. He is independent and has his own door out into the garden. I can recommend the home and those who work there.

My husband came to Broadbridge Park Care Home and unfortunately, was only there for two and a half weeks as he passed away. We were hoping that he and us could have used more of the facilities but wasn't to be.
The care was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I did however think more staff
could be on at weekends.

Very friendly staff and overall, good facilities. The rear garden could do with some weeding. Mum's room sometimes shows spills a day after they happen - so domestic cleaning could be uprated. Mum says it sometimes takes a long time for assistance to come - but her sense of time is somewhat compromised,
so not sure if that is true or not. Overall, we are happy that she is in a safe and secure environment.

We had a fantastic experience with Broadbridge Park. My dad was there for 3 months in total. The staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and welcoming and very caring. It was very easy to go and visit any time we liked. The physical space was very modern and nice to be in - much more like a hotel
lobby than a care home. The rooms were very nice and the outside space was lovely. I can’t emphasise enough how great the staff were - it made what could have been a terrible situation a good one. My whole family felt the same. Dad thought it was excellent - and he had extremely high standards!

During the fourteen weeks that my husband was in Broadbridge Park, he was always treated with dignity and respect. The care was outstanding and made his final weeks as comfortable as possible, given his severe neurological illness. Every member of the staff went the extra mile to help him. My grateful

My aunt has been at Broadbridge Park, Horsham for 18 months and during that time she has been looked after very well. The staff have been very kind and caring. She receives a good choice of meals and looks forward to her Irish cream and wine each day. Her room is bright and airy and always clean. Of
course, my aunt would prefer to be in her own home, but at the age of 99, she remains safe and happy, which is important to her and me.

Kipling Landing - washing and changing my mother, one member of staff has so much patience with an abusive mother of mine; she (the staff member) was so gentle and supportive, kind and softly spoken. Her treatment of my mother brought tears to my eyes. One human displaying nurturing and gentleness to
another angry and confused woman was amazing to witness. A big thank you. I appreciated the staff so much; they put up with so much from the residents.

Myself, my daughter and son went to visit my auntie. She has been in this care home for a couple of years now. Firstly Broadbridge Park was exceptionally clean throughout. My auntie was about to visit the hairdresser (within the home) we were offered free beverages by a lovely member of staff.
The
staff at Broadbridge are pretty amazing their dedication to residents clearly shows. I was so impressed by their commitment and professionalism Broadbridge is located in Horsham. Myself and my adult children are of Indian origin. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. It was a very pleasant surprise. The manager was warm and inviting. Broadbridge in my opinion should be given 5 stars not just for their genuinely caring staff. But also making family and friends feel so welcome and at home.

We could not be happier with placing my father-in-law at Broadbridge Park. The staff are so warm and responsive. The property is so beautifully appointed, spacious and tastefully decorated with gorgeous gardens. For my father-in-law's security needs, he is brilliantly catered for. Frankly, I would

My aunt recently stayed at Broadbridge Park for a short respite whilst we were away on our holidays. She loved her time there (especially the food!) and we will definitely book her in next time we go away!

I have been in Broadbridge Park Care Home for over two years (February 2020). In that time the staff numbers seem to have deteriorated - with agency staff having to be called in. The quality of meals seems to have changed a little in the time I have been here. It was never as good as home but I never
expected anything different. I am looked after much better than when I was at home. Hair and nail arrangements are made. Other facilities do not suit me but that does not worry me too much.
I think the idea of a monthly meeting with the management is a good idea but it is not followed up as it should be.
Finally, I would like to say thank you to all those who helped me over a bad patch six months ago when my younger son (64) died suddenly and who had my power of attorney on my finances. I was glad there were people available to help me.

On every visit to my mother, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Every time the doctor visits or medication changes they phone me and explain what and why. Also, I get a regular update on her condition and how she is - they seem to understand her perfectly. This caring attitude goes for all
the staff - reception, nursing staff, carers and housekeeping - everyone I come in contact with. I cannot praise them enough for their care.

Job Title: Home Manager

I am proud to have been appointed as Manager at Broadbridge Park and to be working with Caring Homes. I hold qualifications in Adult and Children’s Nursing and in my younger days I served in the Royal Air Force. I trained as a nurse in Norwich and my NHS career was in Accident and Emergency Nursing. I worked in the Saudi Arabia Commission and Emergency Room prior to beginning my Care Home Management Career 16 years ago.


More recently I was managing a care home in Jersey, Channel Islands, for Caring Homes before being appointed at Broadbridge Park. My hobbies centre around training Newfoundland dogs in water work and draught (carting) work trails. You may see one of my Newfoundland’s at the home during the week!
