As a result our initial understanding of the care routines was stop/start while we got Mum settled. The staff have taken time to know and settle Mum into her environment but also have been kind and compassionate toward the family members who are navigating this for the first time. Laundry has been confusing, though I feel we ar aligned now. Mum;s character has not changed, even with Alzheimer's this means she is invariably isolated most days but the team help her.

I really enjoyed the music, the band was terrific and the food was very good. The building is great and so clean. It was lovely to spend the time visiting my sister, in such lovely surroundings. The staff worked so hard to make it memorable for everyone.

What a special event the summer party was. So nice for the residents and relatives to be together in such a fun way. There was a lot of thought put into this and the mix of entertainment was great - loved the decorations, the singer and the stilt walker. The restaurant team did such a great job too...
