I wanted to say a massive thank you to all of the staff at Broadbridge care home who cared for my mum. My mum suffered from Dementia but without the love, understanding and care of the staff her life would have been lost. Once again many thanks for their understanding, love and support that they
gave my mum

I stayed in Broadbridge Park for 9 weeks for respite and nursing care following a stroke and heard condition. From the day I arrived, my family and I were made very welcome by the wonderful staff. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a varied menu and light bites available if the
food was not to my taste. (The soups and desserts were a favourite.) I enjoyed getting to know the staff that have been looking after me. always with a smile, and they cannot do enough to make you feel supported and cared for. A real home from home.

Broadbridge Park is a wonderful place, comfortable, caring and designed to support the people in its care. The staff are its greatest asset from the personable friendly welcome from the manager right down to the helpful, committed and friendly cleaners. Every single member of staff I've met is kind,
caring and considerate. They make Broadbridge Park what it is and the place where my father is look after, and cared for so well in the latter years of his life when he needs help and support.

My Father in Law, was 103 years old on the 30th November 2025. The staff organised, at my request, a small party for him on the first floor. They decorated the room, the chef put on some buffet food including a very nice birthday cake. They also brought in some of the residents to join in the
fun.
It was a really nice party, and my father in law enjoyed himself, as did the family attending. A great effort all round for all the staff who helped.

We had a 103rd birthday party for my Grandad today. They set up for a party in the lounge with balloons and a spread of food with a beautiful birthday cake. Lots of the residents came and they set up a TV for us to play some birthday messages for him.
I can't eat gluten and there was a separate
platter with a selection of food for me.
It was a lovely time and all the carers were amazing and attentive to all the residents.

Mum is a fairly new resident and has been helped to settle in by the friendly/helpful staff. She really enjoys the lovely food & some of the activities. When I visit everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable if I have any queries.

Wonderful afternoon experience. Themed and very well organised, Great entertainment, staff in fancy dress, Food laid on including delicious cakes coffee and other drinks freely available and a very good Raffle. A lot of work went into it. Congratulations to all the staff involved.

Yet another amazing event for residents + their families. Themed tea party.
Thank you to a member of staff and team for creating decorations expertly hung + organised to show case some of the residents own handy work.
All the staff got into the party spirit and made this an event to remember. The
entertainment was brilliant and the party continued on the second floor as the revellers returned upstairs. Thank you.

It is already an emotional and stressful event, moving your family member to a care home. There is hope, peppered with sadness and guilt.
However, everyone at Broadbridge Park made the transition as smooth and easy as it could have been.
We are comfortable he is safe and will settle into a happy
new home.

We have just had a wonderful father's day afternoon tea at Broadbridge Park. The staff as usual could not have been more helpful/attentive and the tea was superb. Much like you would expect in a 5 star hotel!

We visit my godmother regularly and on every occasion find staff welcoming, helpful
We had lunch with our relative recently which was an excellent 3 course meal The lamb rump was some of the best, tender, well seasoned and vegetables were tasty. We could not fault the meal. Thank you

The family descended to the care home to visit mum for Mother's day. Wow the tea did not disappoint beautifully arranged on china a very elegant presentation ,we all thought we had arrived at the Ritz/Savoy very special indeed as was the service from the very friendly staff. Will definitely do next
year. Thank you to all concerned.

The mothers day afternoon was delightful, a lovely opportunity to celebrate mothering Sunday. The staff had clearly put a lot of thought into every detail. We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea with prosecco for those who wanted to indulge. Thank you to the staff who worked so hard.

We have had the most wonderful family lunch, 7 of us in the private dining room. The room was beautifully prepared, we ere very well looked after! Had a delicious 3 course lunch with wine, followed by coffees and mints.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely be doing this again.

Mum was admitted as an emergency placement and resides in the specialist dementia area of Broadbridge Park. As a result our initial understanding of the care routines was stop/start while we got Mum settled. The staff have taken time to know and settle Mum into her environment but also have been
kind and compassionate toward the family members who are navigating this for the first time. Laundry has been confusing, though I feel we ar aligned now. Mum;s character has not changed, even with Alzheimer's this means she is invariably isolated most days but the team help her.

A wonderful experience. The food was excellent as was the service. They took perfect care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and our private room was made to accommodate birthday celebrations. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone thinking of celebrating any
occasion with a loved one at Broadbridge Park.

On visiting the home regularly, I find it very inviting, friendly and clean. The staff are all lovely and always ready to assist.

I recently attended an event. A man sang, played guitar and entertained the residents. He was excellent. The thing that really stood out was the way the staff interacted with the residents. Nursing staff, admin staff, hospitality, care staff, all make the experience as good as it possibly can be for
everyone. They genuinely care about those in their care. It's very impressive. I was moved by the experience.
