She had a lovely view over the playing fields which she often commented on. The communication when any issues arise was as regular as required and I could tell that my Mum developed real friendship bonds with many of the staff and care team. In contrast, the en suite bedrooms offer comfortable private space, with staff popping in regularly to meet any needs, or to just be friendly and say hello. I want to thank staff for helping Mum, family members and me, navigate the last part of my mum's life with such professionalism, tenderness and love.
