Mum is a fairly new resident and has been helped to settle in by the friendly/helpful staff. She really enjoys the lovely food & some of the activities. When I visit everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable if I have any queries.

A beautiful, modern residential home with every facility for the less abled. Wonderfully comfortable bed with facility to alter height etc. Ensuite well thought out. The staff very friendly and obliging. During my friend's respite stay everything was perfect except the food. My friend felt there were
a lot of 'value' products used and some strange combinations. Not as menu suggests.

Mum came into Tarring Manor in Dec 23 and it was like a luxury hotel with a menu and food to match. Unfortunately due to staff recruitmate, the standards of both food and cleaning have dropped. The staff at present do a wonderful job of caring for mum but there are not enough staff, especially at weekends.
The entertainment team are excellent.

Wonderful afternoon experience. Themed and very well organised, Great entertainment, staff in fancy dress, Food laid on including delicious cakes coffee and other drinks freely available and a very good Raffle. A lot of work went into it. Congratulations to all the staff involved.

It is already an emotional and stressful event, moving your family member to a care home. There is hope, peppered with sadness and guilt.

We have just had a wonderful father's day afternoon tea at Broadbridge Park. The staff as usual could not have been more helpful/attentive and the tea was superb. Much like you would expect in a 5 star hotel!

We visit my godmother regularly and on every occasion find staff welcoming, helpful

The family descended to the care home to visit mum for Mother's day. Wow the tea did not disappoint beautifully arranged on china a very elegant presentation ,we all thought we had arrived at the Ritz/Savoy very special indeed as was the service from the very friendly staff. Will definitely do next

One of the best care homes I have ever seen and visited. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all of whom were unfailingly polite, kind, helpful and fastidious in the execution of their duties. The food was consistently nutritious as well as being very tasteful and well prepared. Delightful gardens
were well maintained and provided a comfortable and attractive ambience in which to relax and take in the afternoon sun. I would unhesitatingly recommend Tarring Manor to anyone seeking rest and retirement. At the same time there is a good range of activities available.

Our mother required some respite and from the time of initial contact with Tarring Manor we were treated with kindness and understanding. Two members of staff in particular provided excellent service during the initial communications and really took the time to understand the personality and requirements
of our mother.
Upon arrival with Mum, we were all made to feel very welcome and there was some lovely personal touches in her room, which made her feel very special. Mum was taken on a tour of the great facilities and it was wonderful to see a sparkle in her eyes again, that we had not seen for a long time.
Tarring Manor is a lovely place for respite or permanent residency and made extra special by the considerate and attentive staff.

The mothers day afternoon was delightful, a lovely opportunity to celebrate mothering Sunday. The staff had clearly put a lot of thought into every detail. We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea with prosecco for those who wanted to indulge. Thank you to the staff who worked so hard.

My mother stayed at Tarring Manor for palliative care for a few weeks before she died. As a family we cannot thank the manager and another specific staff member enough for their kindness and help during this time. From the moment we made contact with the manager the process was made very easy and
my mother moved into Tarring Manor for the last stage of her life as we could no longer meet her care needs at our home. This enabled her to be in a position to see all her family and friends before she died with 24 hour care. All the carers were lovely and helped her with dressing and washing. We will be forever grateful to you all for her time at Tarring Manor in a lovely room overlooking Tarring Park.

We have had the most wonderful family lunch, 7 of us in the private dining room. The room was beautifully prepared, we ere very well looked after! Had a delicious 3 course lunch with wine, followed by coffees and mints.

My dad has been in the home for just two weeks now after a four-month spell in hospital. He has settled in and improved massively in that time thanks to the excellent all-round care of the home, its facilities and most importantly its staff. I can't thank them enough.

Mum was admitted as an emergency placement and resides in the specialist dementia area of Broadbridge Park. As a result our initial understanding of the care routines was stop/start while we got Mum settled. The staff have taken time to know and settle Mum into her environment but also have been kind
and compassionate toward the family members who are navigating this for the first time. Laundry has been confusing, though I feel we ar aligned now. Mum;s character has not changed, even with Alzheimer's this means she is invariably isolated most days but the team help her.
