Since residing there, my sister has found the staff very accommodating to her quite demanding needs. As she has had multiple sclerosis for some years, she does require a substantial amount of help which is always forthcoming.
Having been on her own for many years my sister is gradually being drawn out of her room by the various entertainments laid on by the staff. She really enjoyed the visit by the Owl Sanctuary and was encouraged to fuss one of the birds. A first for her.
She also enjoyed the Christmas buffet with the Elvis impersonator, and commented that the staff had gone out of their way to make the days enjoyable.
We have peace of mind, knowing she is being looked after to a very high standard.
