I get to know every resident personally and their specific needs. I work closely with other teams to keep up-to-date on any changes to our residents health or nutritional needs.
Each resident is a unique and special individual; I am hugely privileged to have the opportunity to work in the care industry. Every day brings opportunity, and I want to play my part to enable each resident to know that they have an amazing purpose and find fulfilment in everything they do.
Everyone has a unique set of skills and talents, and I want to help our residents to both utilise and build these. In a great team of colleagues, I want to play my part to the full to help both residents, those close to them and my colleagues all thrive individually and collectively.
I love getting to know residents on a one-to-one basis and hearing all their stories. I like to make sure activities are meaningful for each resident.
