EachStep Care Blackley is a 60 bedded purpose-built specialist dementia care service, that provides respite, residential, nursing and end of life care. The home brings together modern dementia-friendly environment design, leading person-centred care approaches, a significant focus on involving the local community, and a commitment to making a social impact in the Manchester area.
Key Responsibilities:
· Personalised care plans
· Medication management
· Emergency response
· Ongoing monitoring
· Patient assessment and care planning
· Monitoring health and safety
· Documentation and compliance
About You
- You are a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- You have experience in a Registered Nurse role within a nursing home setting.
- You have a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- You are a compassionate and confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You’re passionate about improving residents’ quality of life and leading by example.
