Permanent Part-time hrs available – 12hrs per week
This role is for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (16:30 - 18:30) and every other weekend 10:00 - 16:00

About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Job Title joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
- Handle calls quickly and efficiently ensuring all messages are dealt with promptly.
- Assist the Business Support Administrator as required, and cover in their absence.
- Provide Secretarial services to the management team.
- Ensure total security of the building by identifying visitors, ensuring visitors are checked in and out of the building and that the Visitors’ Book is completed.
With a calm, professional and mature approach you will use your excellent communication skills to provide first line reception and administrative services for our residents and the home.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
