We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team at one of our Homes.

Night Senior Care Assistant

Contract: Part-time – Weekends and weekdays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee care on a designated unit during your shift.
• Review and update individual care plans to ensure personalised support.
• Provide personal care with empathy and respect to all residents.
• Administer medication safely and support social activities during each shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Essential: Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Proven experience working with older adults in a residential care setting.
• A strong passion for leading and delivering excellent care to residents.
