Key Responsibilities:

·  Personalised care plans

·  Emergency response

·  Patient assessment and care planning

·  Monitoring health and safety

·  Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

·  Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed

·  Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition

·  Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

·  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
