The care home

Pemberton Fold is a lovely, 60 bedded purpose-built residential care home offering permanent, short-term or respite care for older people and people living with dementia. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Little Hulton, Salford.

Pemberton Fold is a warm, welcoming and friendly home with some wonderful spaces to relax in and enjoy company, including homely lounges and a large accessible garden. 

All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities; we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them more homely.

We run an extensive activity programme with activities that meet the different passions and interest of our residents with fun one-to-one as well as group activities such as arts and crafts. We also support people to enjoy days out in the community too.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing

·  Administering medication

·  Monitoring health and wellbeing

·  Maintaining records and reporting any changes

·  Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.

·  Providing emotional support and companionship.

·  Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes.

·  Supporting people with social and physical activities.
