We're at 25 bed operation, and we care about creating a proper family feel here - the kind of warmth and personal attention that often gets lost in larger care homes. Our residents have lived full lives, and they deserve so much better than just being processed through daily routines.

Every single decision we make starts with asking "Is this what's best for our residents?" Whether it's Marge who loves her morning cup of tea just so, or John who needs that extra bit of patience with his mobility - it's about seeing the person, not just the care plan.

The kind of person we need:

You'll be someone who genuinely lights up when working with older people. Someone who can have a proper chat and a laugh with residents, but also knows when to be professional. We want team players - people who'll work with us, not just for us, to figure out the best ways to care for everyone.

You need to be:

• Enthusiastic (even on Monday mornings!)
• Positive and proactive
• Great at talking to people - residents, families, the whole team
• Ready to really collaborate with management on making things better

What you'll need:

• Flexibility for 11 hour shifts, weekends included.
• Completed Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 (desirable but not required as can be completed during probationary period)

What you'll be doing:

• Helping residents with personal care while keeping their dignity intact
• Providing high quality care overnight.
