experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team full-time.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meal times

Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing to senior staff

Support residents with their emotional and social needs

Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans diligently

Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:

Minimum of [1-2 years] experience as a Health Care Assistant, preferably in a nursing home or similar setting

Fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
