Job summary
Join our Caring Team
We are looking for experienced and qualified Care Assistants
36hrs. per week / £13.40 p/h to include every other weekend.
Join our dedicated team providing compassionate care for
residents living with dementia.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship for these roles.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide
essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety,
and dignity are maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting residents with personal care and continence care
•
Carrying out regular checks and responding to call bells
promptly
• Promoting a calm, reassuring environment
•
Monitoring residents’ well-being and recording any changes
•
Assisting with morning routines
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
•
Kind, patient, and reliable
• Understanding of the needs of
people with dementia
• Able to work independently and as part of
a team
• Experience in care (especially dementia care) is
preferred.
• Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
•
Willing to undertake medication administration duties
• Full
training will be provided
