Activity Co-ordinator

Job summary

Activity co-ordinators required for a small residential home in Betley.

This role is full time working 30 hours per week, but can be split into two roles working 12 to 18 hours per week for each candidate if preferred. Hours of work will mainly be 10am to 4.30pm each day, but may occasionally change to accommodate events in the home. 

 Additional hours may be available as and when required.

The position does include some weekend working on a rota basis, again subject to events in the home. 

No experience is necessary, as we are willing to guide and support the right candidate, and offer training as required.

This position plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life and overall wellbeing of the residents within the home.

The role will suit someone who is outgoing, active, with lots of enthusiasm, and have the ability to change and adapt to the residents needs.

Good organisational skills are required, along with someone who has creative ideas and is able to create a vibrant and inclusive environment which encourages social interaction and enjoyment.
