We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting both residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent personal care and emotional support to residents
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Administer medication in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care role (senior level preferred)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A kind, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
