Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the home.
We’re offering Part Time / Full Time hours with a range of shift options, including long days, early, late and night shifts across weekdays and weekends. We’ll talk through your availability and what works for you, while making sure we cover the shifts the home needs to provide the best care for our residents.

As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, we will support you to do this and your training time will be paid.

Cwmbran House Care Home is a purpose-built single-storey care home for over 65s in Pontnewydd, Cwmbran. It has 56 bedrooms across three separate living areas. We focus on giving a great quality of life to our residents, whatever their abilities and needs are.
