Care Team Manager Full-time | Weekdays and Alternate Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.

  • Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.

  • Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

  • Upholding our Equal Opportunities policy in every aspect of your work.

  • Inspiring and motivating your care team by setting a positive, professional example.

  • Enhancing residents’ quality of life while keeping the home running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Bring
  • Level 3 Diploma in Care

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and leading others to do the same.
