We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to

Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Help with meal service and feeding as required, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Maintain accurate records of care plans and daily activities to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on progress and any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to care practices.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Skills Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Experience in a care home setting or providing home care is highly desirable. Familiarity with developing and following care plans tailored to individual needs. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation accurately. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards individuals in your care.
