Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older adults across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and provide exceptional care, support, and companionship to our residents, promoting dignity and enabling them to enjoy daily life in our Homes.

Weekend Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team at one of our Homes.

Part-time: 15 hours per week

Shift: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a professional reception and telephone service to staff, visitors and callers.
• Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring items are received by the correct addressee and not left unattended in the reception area.
• Prepare and submit authorisation paperwork for invoices to the manager for approval.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the main foyer and reception areas.
• Keep the post room and stationery cupboard well organised and tidy.
• Process, prepare and package outgoing mail daily for collection.
• Monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies as required.
• Undertake additional duties aligned with your skills and competencies, as agreed with or requested by the Home Manager.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer programmes essential to the role.
