Weekend Receptionist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join one of our Homes on a part-time basis.
Part-time: 15 hours per week
Shift Times: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities- Provide a professional reception and telephone service to staff, visitors and callers.
- Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring goods are received by the correct recipient and not left unattended in the reception area.
- Complete authorisation paperwork for relevant invoices and submit to the manager for approval.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the main foyer and reception areas.
- Organise and upkeep the post room and stationery cupboard.
- Prepare, process and bag outgoing mail daily for collection.
- Monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies as required.
- Undertake additional duties as agreed with or requested by the Home Manager, according to skills and competencies.
Proficiency in computer programmes is essential for this role.
