enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team
as an Activities Driver at Newcross Care Home in Wolverhampton. If

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Activities Driver will
be providing safe, timely and courteous transportation for residents
to and from various activities while providing quality service.
Other responsibilities will include: • Providing transportation
services for residents. • Assisting residents with any special needs
during transportation, such as carrying packages, opening doors,
assisting residents onto and out of the vehicle, and assisting
residents to the point of destination required. • Always focusing on
driving; directs tasks and passenger interactions to onboard support
staff while the vehicle is in motion. • Providing miscellaneous
pickup and delivery services as needed.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you

Our ideal candidate must:
• Have a PCV license with Cat D1 and an acceptable driving record.
• Attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
training as required. • Be knowledgeable of all safety precautions
and comply with safety procedures. • Be able to react calmly in
emergencies and be considerate.
