deliver high quality of care support emtinal and physical wellbeing of all service user to lead the floor of a small team
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in care setting at 3 years Nvq level 2/3 in care required good command of English must be willing to work as part of a small team be reliable and work well with the home owner and deputy manager
- some office work and admin work is required but the main job will be working on the floor and leading the small team
- this is a full time post working some weekends as well as late shifts
