The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Care Assistant to join our night team, working 36 hours per week.

You’ll support residents’ health, wellbeing and happiness throughout the night, helping them feel comfortable, secure and cared for. If you’re the kind of person who notices the small things and takes pride in making someone smile, you’ll fit right in.

There may also be opportunities to work occasional day shifts if that suits you. If you’re newer to care, some of your initial training may take place during daytime hours. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with their night-time routines
• Assisting with personal care and dressing
• Responding promptly to call bells
• Serving freshly prepared food
• Keeping residents’ rooms tidy and comfortable
• Completing accurate documentation
• Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, person-centred care
