Doveleigh Care Limited, are excited to be recruiting for Senior Support Workers (Night Shifts) on a full time basis to join our successful residential care group in Devon. We are hiring for Arcot House which is located in the lovely town of Sidmouth.

Senior Support Workers must hold a NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Your role includes:

• To be seen as a role model for other support staff
• To assist in all aspects of medication management as required
• To assist with new staff inductions and to be a mentor for their shadow shifts
• To be able to complete a shift allocation and overseeing a part of/full shift as required
• Supervise support workers to maintain high standards and to report back to Team Leaders or Shift Lead, if necessary

Requirements:

• Senior support workers must hold a NVQ level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
