Job summary
Barchester Healthcare have a newly created HR Advisor position to
join our exceptional employee services team. As one of the largest
care home providers in the UK, Barchester are dedicated to ensuring
our 17,000+ colleagues have an exceptional experience with
us.
Working remotely, this varied position will allow you to
demonstrate your skills and experience in coaching managers to
implement best practice HR policies and procedures in conjunction with
a dedicated HR Business Partner. You will specifically focus on
providing HR support to a multi-million pound, fast paced new build
programme, including recruitment to 10 new care home openings per year
and providing an enhanced HR service to these homes in their first year.
NEED TO HAVE:
Previous experience in a HR Advisor
role
Experience in opening new services would be
beneficial
Ability to travel across England when
required
NEED TO DO:
Work in conjunction with recruitment,
senior management, and the projects team for on boarding of staff
members
Provide a comprehensive induction for Care Home
Administrators and Managers
Contractual support
Deliver HR
surgeries on site
Support with case management
Delivery of
HR training to heads of department
