The Registered Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of  the Home , ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and well-run environment. This role is ideal for a manager who values quality, builds strong teams, and is motivated to continuously improve services for residents and their families.

The Manager requiries to be 

• Experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or care home settings 
• NMC registration required
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice
• Confident, approachable leader with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about dignity, respect, and person-centred care
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and learning
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and regulators
