Night Care Leader Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire Pay rate: £16.07 per
hour Contracted hours: 36.75 Hours per week ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an
experienced carer with a desire to progress your career to the next

compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a small
team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the
security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll
ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understanding the
importance of maintaining accurate records, and will be able to manage
the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the
wellbeing of our residents. You’ll understand that some shifts might be
challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories

live and work in our homes. Goodson Lodge is situated in the historic
county town of Trowbridge. This purpose-built care home has been created
with our residents in mind. The home provides 24-hour specialist

Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you’ve achieved NVQ
Level 2, and you’re prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You’ll also be
experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a
role with greater levels of responsibility and be willing to undertake
relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing,
engaging and rewarding environment. You’ll be a positive role model,
with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along
