We are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you with training (including the Care Certificate if you’re new to the sector) and ongoing development so you can thrive in your career.

What You’ll Do

• Put residents at the heart of everything you do, ensuring their wishes, dignity and wellbeing are always respected
• Support daily living needs, including personal care, meals, and activities – always with kindness and compassion
• Encourage residents to stay active, independent, and connected with their interests and the community
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
• Keep accurate daily notes and follow care plans to ensure the best possible support
• Be an ambassador for our home’s values of respect, dignity, and joy in everyday life
