Care Assistant

Job summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Workers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility

Requirements

• Experience working in a care home or providing home care (desirable but not essential)
• Understanding of care plans and ability to follow prescribed routines
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
• Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Respectful attitude towards clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence
