At Ashton Park Care Home, we believe that every moment matters.

We are a small, welcoming residential care home supporting 17 wonderful residents living with a diagnosis of dementia and varying care needs. Our home is built on kindness, dignity, laughter, and meaningful connection — and we are now looking for a Well-Being Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and joy into daily life at Ashton Park.

As our Well-Being Coordinator, you will:

• Support residents to live engaging and independent lives

• Create fun, meaningful weekday activities (Monday–Friday)

• Provide emotional support and nurture feelings of purpose and self-worth

• Organise group and one-to-one sessions tailored to individual interests

• Encourage reminiscence, creativity, music, movement, and connection

• Help make every day special — whether through small moments or larger themed events

You’ll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to life and truly shape the role.

No previous experience is required.
If you have the right heart and attitude, we will provide the training and support you need.

This role would suit someone with a background in childcare, hospitality, community work, performing arts, or simply someone who loves connecting with people.
