About the role
We’re recruiting Care Assistants for Day and Night shifts, with full-time and part-time hours available.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, supporting them with compassion and kindness in a way that reflects their individual needs and life stories. Working alongside the Senior Carer and wider team, you’ll help create a safe, supportive environment where every person feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care and daily routines while promoting dignity and independence
- Take time to understand each individual’s preferences, interests, and wishes
- Encourage social interaction, wellbeing, and meaningful activities
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes in wellbeing
- Work in partnership with colleagues, families, and professionals
- Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety standards
