• 33 hours per week, 3 shifts per week, includuing weekend working 
• Shifts: 8am – 8pm

As a Senior Care Practitioner, you’ll be a driving force on our care team—supporting residents, guiding colleagues, and ensuring exceptional, person?centred care every day.

As a Senior Care Practitioner working days, your responsibilities may include:

• Lead and support the care team to deliver consistently high?quality, person?centred care.
• Oversee safe and accurate medication administration, stock control, and documentation.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and hands?on support to colleagues throughout the shift.
• Maintain excellent standards in care records, safeguarding, and the overall home environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Act as a calm, confident senior presence, using sound judgement to manage busy periods or challenges.

What we are looking for:

• Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a residential or nursing home setting.
• Proven ability to manage, administer, and record medications safely and confidently.
• A compassionate, resident?focused approach and the ability to set a positive example for others.
• Confident communicator with good digital and administrative skills.
• Someone who remains calm, supportive, and solutions?focused under pressure.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high care standards and great teamwork.
