Location: Towy Castle Care Home
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 22:00pm – 8:00am on a rota basis including every other weekend
Hours per week: 35 hours per week

Join Our Night Care Team

Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our caring and supportive team.

Working nights, you will help ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night while maintaining a calm and caring environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Night Care Assistant, you will:

• Support residents with personal care and comfort during the night
• Carry out regular wellbeing checks
• Assist residents with mobility and toileting when required
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly and compassionately
• Work as part of the night team to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

? Caring, reliable and compassionate individuals
? Previous care experience preferred
? Ability to work calmly and independently during night shifts
? Good communication and teamwork skills
? Ideally someone who drives, as public transport may not always be available for some shift times
