Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Activities Supervisor to lead and deliver a varied programme of activities for our 76 residents in a friendly care home environment.
You will work as part of a small activities team, with three staff members on the floor each day (including the supervisor). The role includes hands-on delivery of activities with residents, along with some supernumerary time to organise schedules, plan events, and coordinate resources.
This role focuses on creating engaging, meaningful activities that support residents’ wellbeing, social interaction, and enjoyment.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience organising or delivering activities (preferably in a care setting)
- Ability to lead and support a small team
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Friendly

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic record keeping and activity planning ability
