**Experienced Night Care Assistants Required** 2 Nights a Week 24 Hours - 12 Hours Shift

Paxton Hall Care Home is seeking dedicated and compassionate care assistants to join our team. Located in an impressive Grade II listed building with beautiful grounds, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to our residents. We have an excellent reputation, reflected in our CQC rating of "Good."

**Role Details:**
- Position: Night Care Assistant
- Type: Permanent, Full time
- Shifts: 2 nights per week (8pm to 8am), including weekends
- Location: Paxton Hall Care Home, St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide compassionate and high-standard care to elderly residents.
- Assist with nightly routines, ensuring residents are comfortable and safe.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Collaborate with the team to support the overall wellbeing of residents.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in a care home setting desirable
- Compassionate and caring personality.
- Diligence and commitment to high standards of care.
- Good health and the right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work weekends.
