- Provide guidance to operational colleagues on using care systems and reporting tools effectively to monitor performance, manage risk and improve resident outcomes.
- Proactively interrogate data to identify patterns, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement across services, ensuring early intervention where required.
- Produce regular and bespoke reports that support regulatory assurance, performance monitoring and strategic decision making.
- Work closely with digital care planning and medication platforms to maximise the insight available, ensuring information is meaningful for operations teams.
- Identify, track, and share examples of good practice and improvement outcomes, and help embed learning across services.
- Contribute to reporting and intelligence required for key stakeholders, including CQC, NHS Capacity Tracker and local authorities where appropriate.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience using Digital Care Planning and Digital Medication Administration systems (PCS and Camascope desirable).
- Strong knowledge of adult social care regulation and CQC requirements.
- Previous background in residential care, understanding the day-to-day care home practice and quality improvement.
