 The Role of a care assistant 

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks

·  Assisting with mobility, mealtimes, and activities

·  Building positive, trusting relationships with residents and families

·  Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health or behaviour

·  Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

·  Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times

 What We’re Looking For

·  A naturally caring and compassionate approach

·  Good communication and teamwork skills

·  Reliability and a positive attitude

·  Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided

·  Willingness to work shifts, including some weekends
