The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support our Registered Nurses to deliver high?quality, person?centred care. You’ll help residents with daily living, promote wellbeing, and ensure their safety and comfort at all times. This is hands?on, meaningful work where you can build rewarding relationships and see the impact of your care every day.
What You’ll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily activities.
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes or concerns to the Nurse in Charge.
- Escort residents to appointments and social outings.
- Keep accurate records and follow safety, infection control and company policies.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
